Watch: 'I don't know who Urvashi Rautela is'- Naseem Shah reveals that he has no link with the Bollywood actress

The Pakistan pace sensation Naseem Shah has been in the news for his brilliance with the ball in the Asia Cup 2022. The star pacer impressed everyone with his ability to put the batters under strain. He was also linked with Indian actress Urvashi Rautela after the latter posted a video on her Instagram story.

Rautela has taken social media by storm in recent days due to her presence in the stadium for the 2022 Asia Cup matches. On August 28, she was spotted at the Dubai International Stadium, where India and Pakistan were playing in a group stage match.

Urvashi's Instagram story went viral a few days ago after she posted a video of herself and Pakistan pacer, Naseem Shah, smiling at each other during the match while romantic music played in the background. Internet users quickly became aware of Urvashi's story.

Naseem was asked about Uvrashi's post and why he smiled when he heard her name during a media interview. The 19-year-old responded hilariously, saying he had no idea who Uravashi was or that such videos were made.

"Smile toh aapke question pe aa raha hai (I am smiling at your question). I don't know who Urvashi Rautela is. I only focus on my match. People usually send me videos but I have no idea. I have nothing special in me but I thank people who come to watch cricket and give a lot of respect," said Naseem ahead of the Asia Cup final.

According to multiple media reports, Urvashi was previously involved with Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant. In fact, the couple recently engaged in a cryptic war of words on social media in which it appeared they were taking digs at each other.

Meanwhile, Naseem made his T20I debut against India in the ongoing 2022 Asia Cup. With six wickets in four matches, the youngster has ensured that Pakistan does not miss Shaheen Afridi too much. Naseem hit two sixes in the final over of Pakistan's high-octane match against Afghanistan, helping Pakistan seal an incredible one-wicket victory.
