After failing in two games and looking like a shadow of their former shelf, India bounced back to win two games on the trot and level the innings 2-2. Thus, the men in blue would be looking to clinch the series in their last game on 19th June in Bangalore.

It was a team effort that got India their second win of the series. Coming on to bat first, the top-order failed to pile up a good total and it was the middle-order batters, Hardik Pandya (46) and Dinesh Karthik(55) who got the team to a respectable total of 169/6.

Later on, the Indian bowlers took the game by the scruff of the neck and dragged it in their favour. However, there is one moment from Indian bowling that is getting shared across social media in droves. The incident took place in the 14th over when Avesh Khan was bowling to Marco Jansen. Already struggling at 74-6, the Proteas looked almost out of the game with Jansen trying his best to change the course.

In a moment of pressure, the right-hand batter tried to smack Avesh Khan over the boundary line. Avesh Khan however had the last laugh as his delivery was completely missed by Jansen and it hit his head in the process. In a show of empathy, all Indian players moved toward the batter and asked if he was okay.

The South African medical team was called to access the batter abiding by the new guidelines that need to be followed in case of a blow to the head. The Proteas physio accessed the batter and found him to be okay. However, on the very next ball, he gave a catch at long-on playing a similar kind of delivery by Avesh Khan.

Talking of the young bowler, Khan had his best game in the Indian jersey with a bowling figure of 4-18-4. Yuzvendra Chahal also piled pressure on the South African batting with his 4-21-2. India and South Africa play the series decider on June 19th in Chinnaswamy Stadium Bangalore.
