Pakistan continued its winning streak and won the second Test against Bangladesh by an innings and eight runs to win the two-match Test series 2-0. It capped off a memorable tour of Bangladesh where the team barred the hosts from winning even a single game. Earlier, they had won the T20I series as well. Pakistan’s dominating and consistent performance earned them praise from all corners of the world.

Meanwhile, Pakistan opener Abid Ali also managed to win hearts by his off-field gesture. During the lunch break of the second Test match, Abid was seen feeding a hungry cat. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) shared the video and captioned it as, “It is not only the players who are taking lunch."

Abid’s heartwarming gesture was appreciated by fans and followers alike. Abid had a memorable series and won the Player of the Series award for his superlative display on the field. He finished the series with 263 runs in three innings.

Speaking about the second Test, Pakistan were as dominant as ever. Batting first, the visitors posted 300 runs on the board. Later, the Pakistan bowlers shot out the hosts out for just 87. Off-spinner Sajid Khan picked eight wickets in just 15 overs. The match was severely marred by rain and was heading towards the tame draw. However, Skipper Azam enforced the follow on and the bowlers helped Pakistan script a memorable win on the final day. The team won the match by an inning and 8 runs.
