'Warner ko le lena, reels mast banata hai' : Rajasthan shares hilarious requests they received ahead of mega auction

The upcoming mega auction for the fifteenth edition of the Indian T20 league is just four days away. Cricket fans are all set to be treated to an amazing weekend as the mega auction is going to be held on Saturday and Sunday. Besides, all teams have already started preparing for their auction strategies.

Moreover, the 2022 edition is all set to welcome two new teams, i.e. Lucknow and Ahmedabad. Thus, teams are going to find it very hard to get the players they want in their side. As a matter of fact, several fans have gone on to suggest the players they want to the social media accounts of their favourite franchises.

The fans of the Rajasthan team recently flooded the Twitter box of their favourite team with suggestions. The 2008 champions took to Twitter to share screenshots of their DM's, that contained "honest requests" by fans ahead of the mega auction. Some of the requests were absolutely hilarious to say the least

"Honest #auction requests…😂😂" read their caption. While one fan requested them to buy David Warner, another fan asked them not to waste money, and buy some Indian all-rounders. However, a fan who nominated himself to be bought by the Royals won the day.

"Mujhe le lo bhai, main sirf 15% equity lunga" read the reply of this fan. Thus, several users reacted to the RR Tweet, and laughed over the kind of requests they received. In the meanwhile, Kumar Sangakkara had earlier revealed that Sanju Samson will indeed lead the Royals once again.

"Of course Sanju Samson, it was a no-brainer in terms of being our captain, number one. He is going to be the long-term leader of this unit of Rajasthan. He is an exceptional player and he has shown time and time again what a wonderful asset he has been for RR," said Kumar Sangakkara said in a video posted by the franchise on Twitter earlier. Rajasthan retained Sanju Samson, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Jos Buttler.
