Sanju Samson hasn't been included in the Indian squad for the last two T20I games of the three-match series against England. He has been selected for only the first T20I. The reason for his exclusion from the rest of the games is to accommodate the senior players in the team. For the unversed, the first-choice players won't be available for the first game as most of them will play the Test match till July 6.

Notably, the squad which played against South Africa and Ireland will be available for the first game. However, as the seniors are available for the second and third game, a lot of players will make their way for the veterans. Players such as Ruturaj Gaikwad, Sanju Samson, Rahul Tripathi, and Venkatesh Iyer will be available for the first match only.

Meanwhile, Samson's exclusion has angered the fans a lot. After all, he is part of the squad for the opening game of the series. The right-hander got the opportunity to play the second T20I against Ireland which took place recently. The fans' happiness with his inclusion in the playing XI was clearly visible as they cheered the moment his name was announced in the playing XI during the toss. The right-hander made the best of the opportunity and scored 77 runs off 42 balls including nine fours and four sixes.
