Apparently, he uploaded a video of him cleaning up the wicketkeeper batter with a yorker. The video is from one of the 14 seasons of the Indian T20 League. It is to be noted that it is unclear from which season the pacer dismissed the Ranchi player.

Meanwhile, the video was captioned '@mahi7781..wishing u the very best birthday.great captain ,superb brother who always wanted me to be the very best in every match, and cherish every moment ..esp.this one my big brother..

Although the two-time World Cup winner made it clear that Dhoni would have loved him dismissing him like this, some of the fans haven't taken it on a lighter note. Some fans have slammed the Keralaite and questioned whether it is the right way to wish some on their birthday. On the other hand, there were others who thought the Instagram post was harmless. Thus, they went on to criticize Sreesanth for the same.
