The young Indian batting sensation Shubman Gill stunned everyone by entering the history books with an amazing ODI double century in the first of the three-match ODI series against New Zealand. The Fazilka lad played a swashbuckling knock of 208 runs off 149 balls with 19 boundaries and nine massive sixes to his name.
Earlier, the other Indian batters to achieve the same feat were the former legendary batter Sachin Tendulkar followed by current skipper Rohit Sharma and former blistering batter Virender Sehwag.
Meanwhile, a rumor is making rounds on social media that the 23-year-old batter is reportedly dating a Punjabi TV host Sonam Bajwa. It all started after a Twitter user posted Gill’s picture with Sonam Bajwa from the TV show she hosts. The user captioned the photo with cryptic text and wrote: "reason behind gill's back-to-back hundreds."
Shubman Gill is shaking hands with Ms. Bajwa which is visible in the picture.

Subsequently, Sonam Bajwa herself came up with an amazing reply to the tweet speculating about her alleged relationship with the Indian cricketer.
"Ye sara ka sara jhoot hai,” replied Sonam with a laughing emoji.

Sonam actually wanted to hint that Gill is dating a woman whose first name is Sara but did not mention her second name. Notably, there had been a lot of rumors on social media that Gill was dating former legendary Indian batter Sachin Tendulkar’s daughter Sara Tendulkar. Later on, he was also spotted with Bollywood actress and actor Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan.
Talking about cricket, now Shubman Gill will be in action in the second of the three-match ODI series against New Zealand. Both teams will play this match at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium in Raipur.
Currently, the men in blue are leading the series by a margin of 1-0 with a win in the first ODI against the Kiwis.
