Virat Kohli was last seen wearing the Indian cricket team jersey during the 20-20 World Cup in Australia in 2022. The 34-year-old right-handed batter enjoyed scoring runs in the championship game. Throughout the tournament, he was consistent, scoring as many as 296 runs. In addition, he scored four half-centuries in the recently concluded Australian competition.

It's also worth noting that he finished the tournament as the tournament's leading run-scorer. In the process, he became the 20-20 World Cup's all-time leading run-getter. In addition, he has 14 fifties in the 20-20 World Cup, more than any other batter in the tournament's history. Meanwhile, he was recently rested for India's New Zealand tour (3 T20Is, 3 ODIs).

Indian cricketers are currently preparing for the upcoming tour of Bangladesh. On the flight to Bangladesh, Virat Kohli was seen taking a candid selfie with Cheteshwar Pujara and Umesh Yadav. The photograph of three cricketers quickly went viral on the internet.

During the tour, India will play three One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and two Tests. The tour kicks off with the ODI series, with the first game scheduled for December 4. The first ODI of the series will be played at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium. Meanwhile, Kohli will be hoping to maintain his good form with the bat.
