The premier Pakistan pacer Hasan Ali is currently in the headlines of social media for his recent brawl with the crowd in a local cricket match played in Pakistan. He lost his cool following a comment from an individual in the crowd who recalled the dropped catch of the former in the semi-final of the 20-20 World Cup 2021 against Australia.

The comments triggered the Punjabi lad and he almost went into a physical brawl with the person who was teasing him for an infamous dropped catch against Australia. Later on, the security officials had to intervene to control the situation.

Subsequently, the video of this incident has gone viral over social media and the fans are reacting to it with different opinions. A section of cricket fans has backed the 28-year-old pacer and criticized the people in the crowd who used a bit of offensive slang for the pacer.

Notably, Ali had played a crucial role for the men in green in the past with his amazing bowling performances in important matches and tournaments. He was also a part of the Pakistan squad that won the 2017 champions Trophy under the captaincy of veteran wicketkeeper-batter Sarfaraz Ahmed.

Speaking of his career, Ali has played 21 Tests, 60 ODIs, and 50 T20Is for Pakistan at the highest level of the game. In these appearances, he has scalped a total of 238 international wickets including six five-wicket hauls in Test cricket and four five-wicket hauls in ODI cricket.

Talking about his infamous drop catch, it happened during the semi-final of the seventh edition of the 20-20 World Cup 2021. Later on, his drop off Matthew Wade made the latter to hit three consecutive sixes on Shaheen Afridi’s deliveries and make Pakistan’s way out of the World Cup 2021.
