The conference will take place in Ahmedabad on May 27, the day before the big IPL final. On May 27, the ODI World Cup schedule and Asia Cup site are also anticipated to be released. According to the official schedule, the ODI World Cup is expected to begin on October 5 and end on November 19. For the main event, the Indian Cricket Board had chosen 12 locations, with Ahmedabad as the tournament's opening and closing city. Najam Sethi, the chairman of the PCB, is hesitant to hold the match in Ahmedabad, though. Pakistan has also said they will only participate in the final game at the Narendra Modi Stadium and not in other contests.

To safeguard the safety of Pakistani players and to inspect the World Cup grounds, Pakistan will send a security team to India, as per the latest reports. Notably, India vs Pakistan in the T20 World Cup was moved to Kolkata in 2016 after Pakistan's security team asked the Apex Cricket Council to alter Dharamsala.

Due to the one thousand capacity attendance, the Indian Cricket Board is interested in the INDO PAK match being played in Ahmedabad. During SGM, the megafight's location will mostly be addressed. The outcome of the Asia Cup will also be determined, and India has made it clear that it will not visit Pakistan. Concerning the hybrid concept, the Indian Cricket Board and PCB are also at odds.

Pakistan has offered India two suggestions to hold India's matches at a neutral location, with the final being staged there as well, if India makes it to the summit clash. India had clarified that it would not travel to Pakistan for the Continental Cup. The leading candidates to host the Asia Cup are Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
