Notably, Jadeja was given the responsibility of captaincy of Chennai during the Indian T20 League 2022. But unfortunately, he couldn’t continue and former skipper MS Dhoni had to resume the charge as the team had lost consecutive matches. On the other hand, Jadeja’s fitness was also under the scanner.

Just after the conclusion of the Indian T20 League 2022, Jadeja went on to delete all posts from his Instagram handle that was related to Chennai. In the same sequence, he also didn’t wish the skipper, MS Dhoni, his birthday on the 7th of July.

A closed source has understood that Delhi is one of the sides who are looking forward to having Jadeja in their squad. In the same regard, they’ve also requested Chennai. Although, Chennai has cleared that they are not willing to leave Jadeja as of now.

Speaking of Jadeja’s career in the Indian T20 League, then he started his career with the inaugural champions Rajasthan and then moved to Chennai where he achieved new milestones in his career.
