India vs Pakistan: Three Indian players who can create an impact in the crucial super-four match

Two Asian giants India and Pakistan are all set to lock horns with each other for one more time in the Asia Cup 2022. Both teams produced a nail-biting thriller when they faced each other in their first group match of the tournament. Indian side won that match by five wickets on the backs of all-round brilliance from star all-rounder Hardik Pandya. He scalped three wickets with the ball and then also played a match-defining knock of 33 runs to cross the line for India.

Other than Pandya, former skipper Virat Kohli and star batter Suryakumar Yadav has also performed exceptionally well for team India in the ongoing edition of the tournament. They both played the half-centurion knocks in the last match against Hong Kong.

Star Indian batter stunned everyone when he amassed 68 runs off just 26 balls with six sixes and six boundaries to his name against Hong Kong. He was also awarded player of the match for his match-winning knock. The 31-year-old is currently the world’s number-three batter in T20 international cricket.

The explosive right-hander is in amazing form since the T20I series against England where he smashed 117 runs off just 55 balls for India. Considering his current form in the back of his mind, it can be said that SKY will be the player to watch out for against Pakistan in the first super-4 match of India.

Arshdeep Singh

The young pace bowler was quite a bit expensive in the last match against Hong Kong. He conceded runs with an economy of more than 10 runs per over in his quota of overs. But apart from that, he is consistently impressing everyone with his brilliant bowling in the T20 internationals since his debut against England in the three-match T20 series.

Arshdeep can provide good support to senior pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar in the powerplay overs. Other than that, he can also create an impact in the death overs for team India.
