The Indian T20 League brings in some exciting times every year. Fans stick around their television sets to watch action-packed matches and get the most out of it. While the low scoring matches have their own charm, people want to see high scoring games more often. Here's the list of matches with most runs in the match.

447- Punjab vs Chennai, 2008

Batting first, Chennai posted a big total, with Michael Hussey getting a century. Chennai scored 240 runs with the help of cameos from Suresh Raina and S Badrinath. Punjab got a fantastic start in the chase, but it faded in the end. James Hopes and Kumar Sangakkara hit half-centuries but had little assistance from others. Chennai eventually won the match by 33 runs.

449- Rajasthan vs Punjab, 2020

When the competition was set up in the UAE, some amazing hits were seen on the small ground of Sharjah. KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal stitched an excellent partnership. Rahul hit a half-century while Agarwal got a century. Rajasthan was given a target of 224. The second inning was dominated by Steve Smith, Sanju Samson, and Rahul Tewatia. All three got half-centuries, but Tewatia stood out. He smashed five sixes in an over against Sheldon Cottrell, which helped them win the game.

453- Mumbai vs Punjab, 2017

Batting first, Punjab got a good start with openers Martin Guptil and Wriddhiman Saha scoring good runs. Saha scored the most in the innings with 93, and with the cameos from Guptil and Glenn Maxwell, Punjab reached 230. Mumbai got a good start in the second innings, with Lendl Simmons scoring 59 and Parthiv Patel scoring 38. Except for Kieron Pollard, nobody in the middle-order did well. He scored a 50 but they fell short by seven runs.

459- Punjab vs Kolkata, 2018

This was the time when KKR experimented with Sunil Narine as an opener. He would get runs in almost every match and at a fast rate. In this match, he scored 75 in 36 balls. Dinesh Karthik then went on to add 50 runs in 23 balls. With their help, Kolkata set a target of 246. KL Rahul then gave Punjab a fiery start and scored 66 with a strike rate of 228. Aaron Finch and Ravichandran Ashwin also made major contributions. However, that was not enough as they lost the match by 31 runs.

469- Rajasthan vs Chennai, 2010

Murali Vijay was at the pinnacle of his T20 career at the time. He scored 127 runs from 56 balls in this match. Chennai reached 246 runs thanks to another magnificent half-century from Albie Morkel. Naman Ojha got Rajasthan off to a good start. In the innings, he scored 94 runs. Shane Watson, who scored a 60, also played an important role in the contest. Nobody else contributed, allowing Chennai to defend the total.
