Virat Kohli is currently busy playing in the ongoing World Test Championship (WTC) final against Australia at the Oval, England. However, India are on the back foot after day two, trailing by 318 runs with only five wickets in hand. Kohli came to this clash after having a solid IPL season with Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the recently concluded IPL.

So, fans were hoping to score him big when he came out to bat on day two. But, he was dismissed cheaply after scoring 14 runs off 31 balls, including two boundaries. So, fans were not happy with such an effort from the former Team India skipper. Now, ahead of day three, he shared a cryptic post on his Instagram story that left every fan shocked, and confused.

Speaking of the post, it was written: “You must develop the ability to be disliked in order to free yourself from the prison of other people’s opinions.” Speaking of the match, Australia were asked to bat first and they got bundled out for 469 runs in 121.3 overs. Travis Head was the star of the show as he scored 163 runs off 174 balls, including 25 fours and one six. For India, Mohammed Siraj was the highest wicket-taker with four wickets.

In reply, after scoring 30 runs quickly, both Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill got out. Then, Cheteshwar Pujara and Virat Kohli came out to bat. But, it was a short stay for Kohli at the crease as he nicked a ball that got a sudden bounce from nowhere. Steve Smith kept his composure and managed to hold the ball. Team India finished day two with 151 runs on the board for five wickets. Both Ajinkya Rahane and KS Bharath will resume the action on day three. Kohli was surprised by the sudden bounce from the delivery and got finished after taking his wicket.
