Indian selectors are all set to announce the squad for the upcoming Asia Cup 2022 which is commencing on the 27^th of August with a Group B match between Sri Lanka and Afghanistan. The Indian team will play their first match of Asia Cup 2022 against the arch-rivals Pakistan. Notably, Pakistan has already announced its squad for the continental tournament.

The Jodhpur-based young spin sensation Ravi Bishnoi made his first international appearance for India earlier in the month of February this year.
